Eleven Things About Me:

1.I'm born again because Christ Jesus saved me from a burning hell.

2. I love God's Holy word (av 1611 KJV) and reading, studying, and learning it.
3. My Pastor is a great follower of Christ and I love to help him with anything he needs done around the church (washing dishes in the church kitchen, cleaning, planting flowers/vegetables on the church's property, running little errands for him, etc.). 4. I was born in the house I live in and have never moved. But I like my house very much. =)
5. I have two wonderful Christian parents whom I love, respect, and appreciate. They have been married for 35 years and I'm glad to have known them for sixteen years and still more to come Lord willing.
6. I've been home-schooled since starting school and so have all my siblings.
7. Seven Is my favorite number. It is the number of completion. Click here to see what seven means in the Bible.
8. There are eight kids in my family. Most are living for and serving God but not all. We've each had the privilege of growing up in a Christian home, going to a good Bible-believing church, and having are own personal copy of God's holy and PERFECT word, but what we do and have done with those blessings and opportunities is up to us and we must each take responsibility for all that we do and have done with what has been given to us. So are parents aren't perfect but that is NO EXCUSE for not living for the Lord and doing right. Our God is a perfect God and loves a perfect sinner, saved and unsaved. Pray for the wandering ones to repent and come back to the Lord!
9. I've haven't been to the movies since I was twelve and for my own personal reasons. Some people think that's weird but a) it's expensive b) most of the movies are stupid anyways and c) I can wait to watch it when it comes out of theaters and I can skip parts or just stop the movie and it didn't "break the bank." Jordan from Blimey Cow has a great (and hilarious) video titled "Why I Hate Going to The Movies" on YouTube which you should watch.
10. I love to read!! First of all there's my most favorite the Bible which is hands down amazing and full of truth! Then there are the good ol' romance novels by Tracie Peterson/Judith Miller and of course the action/adventure books like The Inheritance Cycle by Christopher Paolini. Books like Preparing to be a Helpmeet that help you in your Christian life are also my fav's and I don't even want to consider what it'd be like without them in the world!
11.I love to write letters! E-mails are okay but a handwritten letter is so precious and something I treasure and gets worn out by getting read over and over again. I particularly love loooooong letters from people that are good at writing back and I'm thankful for a few friends and pen pals that do that. =)

Sarah's Questions to Me:

1. How many siblings? Eight (five girls and two boys, I'm kid #6)

2. Favorite color? PINK! (well, and green, and purple, and blue but mainly pink)

3. Favorite historical figure? King James VI (son of Mary, Queen of Scots)

4. Horses or Puppies? Puppies! Definitely.

5. Are you a morning, afternoon or evening person? It depends on my mood. Sometime I like to be up early, sometimes I get a lot done in the afternoon, and then sometimes I have lots of energy in the evening.

6. Favorite movie? You'll laugh (and think I'm childish) but . . . Finding Nemo all the way! Love Mr. Crush!

7. Your special song? A Home Beyond the River by John W. Peterson

8. How long is your hair? Uh . . . I think you mean how SHORT is my hair? It's pretty short. (And I'm not sure how I feel about that lol)

9. How many kids do you dream of having/ or have? I would prefer 5-7 but however many God gives I'll be thankful for and satisfied with.

10. Favorite country besides your own? The French Republic (a.k.a. France!)

11. Your favorite thing to blog about? My big family! And other stuff . . . =D
